Job Requirements

Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field, and at least 6 months of experience performing data querying, cleaning, modeling and quantitative analysis, financial and operational analysis and visualized reporting, and using:

Job Duties

• Analyze lending and financial services data by querying, integrating, and validating large-scale structured and semi-structured datasets.
• Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness across multiple internal and external data sources.
• Perform statistical and analytical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and performance drivers in lending operations, borrower behavior, and portfolio performance.
• Prepare monthly and periodic performance reports evaluating key lending metrics, including origination volume, conversion rates, repayment performance, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct profitability analysis, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and product performance evaluations for lending products, marketing initiatives, and operational processes.
• Analyze conversion funnels and customer journey data within lending workflows to assess acquisition effectiveness and operational bottlenecks.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports to support operational and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, finance, and technology, to perform data reconciliations, audits, and quality controls ensuring data integrity.
• Effectively translate analytical findings into clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to improve reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and business performance.
• Apply data analytics tools and methodologies to enhance existing reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring frameworks.
